Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Fiora pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem. We’ll exchange your piece or issue store credit if your size is unavailable.

Here’s how:

  1. Let us know DM us on Instagram or email us at support@fiorathelabel.com within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you’d like instead.

  2. Send it back – Ship the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all packaging) at your cost.

  3. We’ll take care of the rest – Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit. (Original shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Received a faulty item?

We take quality seriously, but if something slipped through, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement or store credit—on us.
